Media Events Inc. has helped produce more than 10,000 concerts, special events, and product activations. Over the past three decades, the company and its team have played a significant role in shaping many of Louisville’s most recognized cultural and entertainment experiences.
Media Events Inc. is instrumental in connecting our communities through music and events. With the development of Rockin’ at RiverPoints, which led to the creation of WFPK’s Waterfront Wednesdays, Media Events Inc. extensive portfolio also includes the KET-broadcasted opening of the Great Lawn of Louisville’s Waterfront, WAMZ Listener Appreciation Shows, WDJX Birthday Bash, the NPR-affiliated “This I Believe” series in Louisville and Chicago, the Strings Attached Series with the Louisville Orchestra, the Michelob Light New Music Concert Series, the Original Highland Music Festival, UofL Homecoming concerts and award ceremonies, numerous events at the Louisville Palace and the Kentucky Center, the Iroquois Amphitheater Summer Music Series, Paristown Hall, and many others.
