GET TO KNOW: The Decades

The Decades are a 9-piece Classic Rock, Blues, Motown, Pop, Country, and Funk band with decades of experience recording, touring, and live performance. As our name implies, we entertain by energizing popular (and sometimes forgotten) hits from the 1960s through today. The first iteration of this band was formed and toured extensively in 1974. In addition to two of the founding members, we now include talented musicians whose experience ranges from those with advanced degrees in music performance to recording artists from Nashville, Tennessee, to a surgeon who has found his second “calling” in this band! The Decades from Louisville have thrilled crowds in California, Nevada, Indiana, Illinois, and our beloved hometown.
